Turbulent boundary layer control with a spanwise array of DBD plasma actuators

The turbulent boundary layer control on NACA 0012 airfoil with Mach number ranging from 0.3 to 0.5 by a spanwise array of dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)plasma actuators by hot-film sensor technology is investigated.Due to temperature change mainly caused through heat produced along with plasma will lead to measurement error of shear stress measured by hot-film sensor,the correction method that takes account of the change measured by another sensor is used and works well.In order to achieve the value of shear stress change,we combine computational fluid dynamics computation with experiment to calibrate the hot-film sensor.To test the stability of the hot-film sensor,seven repeated measurements of shear stress at Ma = 0.3 are conducted and show that confidence interval of hot-film sensor measurement is from-0.18 to 0.18 Pa and the root mean square is 0.11 Pa giving a relative error 0.5％over all Mach numbers in this experiment.The research on the turbulent boundary layer control with DBD plasma actuators demonstrates that the control makes shear stress increase by about 6％over the three Mach numbers,which is thought to be reliable through comparing it with the relative error 0.5％,and the value is hardly affected by burst frequency and excitation voltage.     

Modification of exposure conditions by the magnetic field configuration in helicon antenna-excited helium plasma

Modification of exposure conditions downstream in the diffusion chamber has been performed in helicon antenna-excited helium plasma by adjusting the magnetic field(intensity and geometry).In the inductively coupled mode(H mode), a reduction in ion and heat fluxes is found with increasing magnetic field intensity, which is further explained by the more highly magnetized ions off-axis around the last magnetic field lines(LMFL). However, in helicon wave mode(W mode), the increase in magnetic field intensity can dramatically increase the ion and heat fluxes.Moreover, the effect of LMFL geometry on exposure conditions is investigated. In H mode with contracting LMFL, off-axis peaks of both plasma density and electron temperature profiles shift radially inwards, bringing about a beam with better radial uniformity and higher ion and heat fluxes. In W mode, although higher ion and heat fluxes can be achieved with suppressed plasma cross-field diffusion under converging LMFL, the poor radial uniformity and a small beam diameter will limit the size of samples suitable for plasma irradiation experiments.     

水产品及其制品中大西洋鲑鱼实时荧光PCR检测方法建立

目的:三文鱼营养丰富,含有ω-3不饱和脂肪酸,深受大众喜爱,但存在产品标签标示错误、掺伪掺假、以次充好的现象。目前采用检测标准SN/T 3589.7—2013《出口食品中常见鱼类及其制品的鉴伪方法第七部》对鲑鱼成分检测,无法区分大西洋鲑鱼和其他种类的三文鱼。因此有必要建立一种用于区分上述几种三文鱼的快速检测方法。方法:研究建立了针对大西洋鲑鱼成分鉴定的实时荧光PCR法,并对该方法的特异性和检出限进行了验证。结果:该方法具有良好的特异性,检出限为1%(w/w)。结论:可应用于大西洋鲑鱼的日常检测,为监管部门提供技术支持。     

生料立磨回渣无动力锁风阀替代二道阀的技改

对5?000 t/d新型干法水泥熟料生产线的生料粉磨设备的回渣二道阀进行现场改造，更换为结构简单，维护工作量少、锁风效果良好的无动力锁风阀，不仅减少了设备故障问题的发生，而且在平时的生产中，现场漏风的问题得到有效解决。此外，更换了新设备之后，立磨回渣位置的维修工作量大大降低，减轻了现场工作人员的劳动强度，提高了生料粉磨的生产效率。     

Q420十字组合截面角钢轴压稳定性能试验研究

该文开展了Q 420十字组合截面角钢轴压试验研究组合角钢的稳定承载力性能.试验角钢规格分别为:L125×8、L140×12和L160×10,长细比为30～60,采用焊接十字填板.试验结果表明,组合角钢试件发生整体弯曲并伴随明显的局部屈曲变形,分肢角钢受力不均匀,分肢角钢应力比范围为1.04～1.31.然后,建立组合角钢的简化数值分析模型,模拟试件的轴压受力特性,并将模拟结果与试验结果进行对比.最后,基于研究结果提出采用修正长细比计算组合角钢稳定承载力,根据修正长细比的计算承载力与试验结果吻合较好,建议在实际工程中推广使用.
